Reece began his coaching journey at the age of 16, working with
grassroots football and at 17 he took on a coaching role with |
|
Wallsend BC Women, initially focusing on outfield players before
specialising as a goalkeeping coach for several seasons. |

At 21, Reece joined Consett Ladies First Team as Assistant
Manager. After two seasons in that role he was appointed
Manager, a position
he
held for a further two seasons. |
| |
|
Following his time at Consett, he supported Chester-le-Street
Amazons as Assistant Manager during a transitional period while |
|
their
Manager
recovered from injury. |
| |
|
After five months he stepped down and subsequently joined Dunston UTS
FC. |
